CBW® Sparkling Amber DME (dry malt extract) is 100% pure malt extract composed of a proprietary blend of Malted Barley. This blend is rumoured to be Pale Base Malt, Munich and Crystal 60. CBW® Sparkling Amber can be used in the production of extract beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust color, flavor and gravity. Colour is 10°L @1.032 (8° Plato).
