CBW® Traditional Dark DME (dry malt extract) is 100% pure malt extract composed of a blend of Malted Barley. This blend is 30% Pale Base Malt, 54% Munich 10L,13% Crystal 60 and 3% Black Malt. CBW® Traditional Dark can be used in the production of extract beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust color, flavor and gravity. Colour is 30°L @1.032 (8° Plato).
Use in the production of Red and Amber Beers, Oktoberfest, Bock beer, Doppelbock, brown ales and other dark colored beers
