This recipe is a classic example of a premium English Ale. Like any of the bag-o-beer kits I promote they have a proven pedigree. This one comes from the CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ales) clones receiving honorable mention and published in Brew Your Own magazine. It is simply delicious and is best served at the style correct 55 degrees F.
