This recipe is between a sweet and a dry Stout. Has the single dark grain dimension of an authentic Irish Stout with more maltiness of an English Sweet Stout. Features flaked oats for head retention and creamy mouth feel. The Munich adds a malty dimension. Think of it as a creamier and less bitter version of Guinness. Enjoy!
Makes 1 Gallon (3.79L) of finished beer.
