Idaho 7 cryo hops are known for their berry,bubblegum, citrus, stone fruit, and tropicall flavors and aromas. Typically used as an Aroma/Flavor hop with high alpha acid levels and average cohumulone content. Its strong hop character makes it ideal for IPAs, APAs and any other hop forward beer.
