A balanced, medium-bodied ale with a backbone of ESB malt, and crystal & honey malts for a titch of colour and caramel. A loving salute to Cannery Brewing's ambrosial amber.
Note: this is a prototype recipe at this point that we hope comes close to the original; please brew with that caveat in mind and try to sample your finished product side-by-side and shoot us some feedback! We'll iterate the recipe as much as we can, as often as is necessary.
