This American Pale Ale is a showcase of Golden Promise malt, California ale yeast, and Simcoe hops. An h'omage to Cannery Brewing's (pre-2023) inestimable nectar.
Note: this is a prototype recipe at this point that we hope comes close to the original; please brew with that caveat in mind and try to sample your finished product side-by-side and shoot us some feedback! We'll iterate the recipe as much as we can, as often as is necessary.
