The Hop Basket simply hooks onto the side of your kettle to make hop additions easy while keeping the hops contained during the boil. The Hop Basket is 13.8" high with the top opening being 5.9" in diameter and tapering down to 3.9" at the bottom. It is constructed completely of food grade 304 Stainless Steel and the screen mesh has a 0.2mm aperture.
