"Peppermint Schnapps" is the classic fiery white peppermint 20 mL (0.65 fl. oz.)
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 7/8 cup (200 g) of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 25 fl. oz. (750 ml) of 35-40% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified LQ™ SuperYeast™/Turbo Yeast. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.
Makes approximately 30 fl. oz. (850 ml).
Ingredients: Natural extracts, essential oils and propylene glycol.
