CBW® Pilsen Light DME (dry malt extract) is 100% pure malt extract composed of 99% Pilsen Malt & 1% Carapils. CBW® Pilsen Light can be used in the production of all extract beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust color, flavor and gravity. Colour is 2SRM @1.032 (8° Plato).
