1/4" NPT thread regulator coupler. If you are coupling multiple secondary regulators together or adding a secondary regulator to your primary (single to a double) then you will require a coupler. Care must be taken to notice which thread type (left hand or right hand) you have in each of the two parts your are coupling. All regulator manufacturers seem to use a different standard.
