Zatarain's Root Beer Extract leans towards the spicy and bold end of the Root Beer spectrum. It is described to be similar to Barq's root beer with more of a sarsaparilla flavor with hints of black licorice.

4fl oz will make 5 gallons of Root Beer. Recommended ratio of sugar is 1lb of sugar for every gallon of root beer.
