The Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is the king of the craft brews. Lots of clone recipes have circulated over the years but this one is fresh off the pages of BYO magazine. This pale ale is a medium amber colour with gentle caramel flavours and a moderate hop that is noticable but not over the top. It's no wonder why this is such favourite.
