SINAMAR® is produced only with Weyermann's CARAFA® roasted malt, in accordance with the demanding German Beer Purity Act, or Reinheitsgebot.
To obtain the extract and characteristic color, SINAMARM® is subjected to a suction evaporation process, finely filtered, then poured directly – at 70 – 75°C (158°F – 167°F) – into cans. and containers of different volumes.
Thanks to this particular treatment, the taste of SINAMAR® is less bitter. SINAMAR® does not create turbidity and maintains a stable pH.
SINAMAR® is gluten-free.
Recommended quantities:
use 14 g (11.9 mL) of SINAMAR® to darken 1 hL of beer or 1 EBC must; or use 1.25 fl oz (1.5 oz) to brew 1 bbl of beer or 1°Lovibond wort.
SINAMAR® gives intense notes of coffee, cocoa and moderately toasted dark chocolate.
Containers that have not been opened can be used within 18 months.
After opening, contents should be refrigerated and used promptly.
