As requested, here's an All-Grain clone version of Pabst Blue Ribbon, every COVID crafty-drinker's best friend. Dry, crisp, and ever-so-slightly malty.
That Blue Ribbon is a premium lager brew crafted with a hefty infusion of malted barley in its ingredient package, a carefully balanced carbohydrate profile from flaked corn and rice, and a unique combination of Pacific domestic hops (Cascade) blended with an imported Yugoslavian variety (Styrian Golding).
Note: this is a prototype recipe at this point that we hope comes close to the original; please brew with that caveat in mind and try to sample your finished product side-by-side and shoot us some feedback! We'll iterate the recipe as much as we can, as often as is necessary.
