by Jester King Brewing. This clone recipe is as close as we can make it. Bone-dry, quaffable, inestimable. Equally at home paired with a light salad, fish, chicken, or a robust barbeque.
Our yeast suggestions are non-diastatic so you don't need to worry about infecting your brewery. However, we highly recommend saving the dregs from some of your favourite mixed-fermentation bottles to pitch into your bottling bucket prior to bottle conditioning. Or not!
