Return merchandise accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact Hop Dawgs before returning any products. Original packaging should be used if possible, any items damaged due to insufficient packaging in return shipments will not be credited. We recommend that you ship your package by a traceable method, as lost shipments will not be credited. 

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned that is not defective.

We use Canada Post Parcel Service and we pass along our high volume discount to our customers. Other methods may be accommodated upon the customer’s request. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually shipping next day. Changes to your order will be accommodated but we must be notified promptly. 

We try extremely hard to keep all items in stock. In the event of an “out of stock” item the customer will be notified and offered the opportunity to “hold” their order until such time as the out of stock item arrives or ship without the item. The out of stock item can be shipped at a later date at the customer’s expense unless prior arrangements have been made.

The shipping cost is calculated based on size and weight of your shopping cart along with your postal code.  We try to keep the shipping cost as low as possibly by passing along our Canada Post discount pricing to you with no markup.

Yes we do offer order pick-up. During checkout please select Store Pickup as the shipping method and select the date and time you'd like to pick up. We require 24hrs to fill an order and have it ready to go.  Once your order is placed we'll contact you via email to confirm pick-up date, time and location.

Yes we offer exchanges on items that are unopened and still in their original packaging.  Custom ordered items can't be exchanged.

Yes gift cards can be purchased through the website.
