𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐥𝐞 / 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐈𝐏𝐀 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐬?
Having added Sinamar to our Shop offerings back in August, we thought we'd better brew up a Black IPA to showcase the product. It went down so well that we realized we better share the recipe with you fans. To that end, we now present the following:
𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗜𝗣𝗔 (AG5 & PM5)
Similar to Beachwood’s award-winning Beachwood Hoppa Emeritus, out of Huntingdon Beach CA. That beer has been dubbed “the most evil Black IPA to stalk the earth. Dry hopped with sinister amounts of Citra and Equinox [sic] hops.” This recipe is intended as a showcase for Weyermann’s Sinamar product, a malt extract of intense colour made from their Carafa Special malt. With 8oz of hops between the whirlpool and dry hop, this is a super-fruity aromatic quaff for sure!
We've also taken the opportunity to revamp our existing all-grain 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗜𝗣𝗔 recipe slightly and to add 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘩 and 𝘖𝘯𝘦-𝘎𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘯 kits of the same.
