New recipe kits at under 5% ABV

A couple new "session" beers to set you up for February!

𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐢𝐞𝐫 - 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 (AG5)

4% 𝘈𝘉𝘝 | 26 𝘐𝘉𝘜𝘴 | 20 𝘚𝘙𝘔 | 1.035 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 1.004

Red Rock's Black Bier is a German-style dark lager that is very easy drinking, with medium body and low bitterness. A variety of high-quality German malts and thirty-five days of lagering give this award winning schwarzbier its dark color and extremely smooth flavor. A fantastic black session lager for any time of day or for any season.

𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐲𝐧 ½ 𝐀𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 - 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 (AG5)

3.4% 𝘈𝘉𝘝 | 30 𝘐𝘉𝘜𝘴 | 4 𝘚𝘙𝘔 | 1.034 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 1.008

At 3.4% ABV, Brooklyn 1/2 Ale is a light "table saison" that harkens back to the days when saisons were light, refreshing beers meant for farm workers. Highly aromatic, it drinks much bigger than its actual weight. The trick to the flavor here is relatively high IBUs plus low finishing gravity, avoiding a thin-tasting beer because the aromatics are pronounced and pleasant. Lightly hazy and highly carbonated, this table saison drinks beautifully any time of day or night.

Plus our other existing thirty-or-so kits under 5% ABV!
